Supervision style

How I supervise

I aim to be understanding and steady, while encouraging curiosity, reflective thinking and confidence in decision-making.

Warm and collaborative

A space where you can think openly and feel supported, while being gently challenged to grow in confidence and clinical reasoning.

Patient and flexible

Early-career development is not linear. Clinicians learn in different ways and at different speeds, and supervision adapts to that.

A two-way process

I welcome feedback. Your experience of what is helpful, and what isn't, shapes the work we do together.

Practical and grounded

Structured supervision that links theory to real clinical work, especially complex presentations, assessment formulation and neurodiversity-affirming practice.
